Course content Analysis of the basic concepts of Aesthetics. An approach to aesthetic problems of definition and ontology of art, according to classic philosophers (Plato, Aristotle), to modern idealists (Descartes, Kant, Hegel, Shelling) and according to philosophers who propose new criteria for the evaluation of art (Croce, Panofsky, Langer, Marx, Adorno, Marcuse, Dufrenne, Heidegger, Merleau-Ponty, Moles).
